Frame.
Turn a broad ambition into a decision or deliverable. Record who benefits, who accepts the work, what evidence counts, and what would make the project stop.
Staff.
Match the assignment to proof. Name ownership, review roles, agent permissions, conflicts, payment terms, and the places where human judgment cannot be delegated.
Build.
Work in bounded increments. Keep tests, sources, decisions, failures, and uncertain side effects close to the artifact. Activity is not progress; only changed evidence advances the project.
Review.
Compare the fixed deliverable with the declared standard. Separate observation from inference. Repair defects, publish what can be public, record limitations, and update standing only after acceptance.
